Each Kozup & Co. order is made special for you and will generally ship within 10 working days (or sooner). Our preferred carrier is FedEx for photography prints and USPS for candles and journals. We take pride in all our handcrafted products ensuring that you receive unique products that you will enjoy.
Kozup & Co. guaranties 100% satisfaction, but if there is any reason that you are not satisfied we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please contact hkozup@gmail.com for all returns, refunds and exchange requests.
